BSLS 7 Ways

7-week master class program

Benefits:

The BSLS 7 Ways program is a seven-week journey designed to instill the BSLS Core Values and life skills in young women, encouraging personal development and leadership within a supportive sisterhood framework. Each week, participants engage in interactive sessions, group projects, and exercises focused on collaboration, communication, service, empowerment, self-growth, leadership, trust, and accountability, aimed at nurturing resilient future leaders.

Peer-to-Peer Mentorship

Throughout membership in respective chapters for full academic year (fall to summer)

Professional Mentoring Program (PMP)

Customized to individual needs but minimum of 6 months
