Aneisha Hughes

Aneisha Hughes, BSLS Founder + CEO, who proudly and humbly wears many hats that continue to drive the growth and development of BSLS. She is a proud Rockets, Astros, Cowboys, and Texans fan from Houston, TX, although she resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Aneisha has been leading BSLS for 14 years and counting. She also is an American budding actress, writer, and producer. She has worked across many industries that have helped shape her into the leader she is today alongside her mentors who have been a huge hand in her leadership.

Aneisha graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Communications and Spanish then later returned to get her Project Management Certification. She is a proud member of the AFP Silicon Valley Chapter, Towne Street Theatre, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, learning chess, dancing, singing, hiking, painting, gardening, reading, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and attending live events.

She is obsessed with leading BSLS in excellence while creating quality content in front and behind the camera as she believes it brings awareness and provokes creative change.
